- The Buffalo Niagara International Airport is located on Route 33 (the Kensington Expressway). From the I-90, get off at exit 51 and take Route 33 East.
- From Canada, you can take three different routes:
- From the Peace Bridge, follow 190 North to the 198 East, then take Route 33 East to the airport.
- From the Lewiston/Queenston Bridge, follow the 190 South to the 290 East and, from there, take the 90 West to Route 33 East.
- From the Rainbow Bridge, follow Robert Moses Parkway East to 190 South, then to the 290 East. From there, take the 90 West to Route 33 East.
